OWENS APPOINTS NEW MEMBERS TO THE COLORADO BOARD OF VETERANS’ AFFAIRS
(Denver) - Gov. Owens appointed Rodolfo F. Arguello of San Pablo and William D. Sinclair of Colorado Springs to the Colorado Board of Veterans’ Affairs.
“For generations veterans have made great sacrifices for the protection of our liberties. Their honorable service for this country deserves great respect and admiration,” said Owens. “I am confident that these new appointees will work hard to address the needs of Colorado’s veterans.”
Rodolfo F. Arguello is an ex-intelligence officer of the United States Air Force and veteran of the Vietnam War. Arguello has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska, a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a PhD in management from Columbia Pacific University. He honorably served the United States for over fourteen years.
William D. Sinclair is an ex-colonel of the United States Air Force, and a veteran of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Sinclair has a bachelor’s degree from St. Martin’s College in Washington. He is currently a Colorado state representative for House District 16, as well as a member of the Military Officers Association of America. Sinclair honorably served the United States for over 40 years.
The Colorado Board of Veterans’ Affairs studies any problems facing Colorado Veterans. The Board makes recommendations to the Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs, concerning programs needed to assist veterans.
