OWENS APPOINTS TWO MEMBERS TO THE
COLORADO AERONAUTICAL BOARD
(DENVER) - Harold Jay Felderman of Greeley and Larry Romrell of Franktown were appointed by Gov. Owens to the Colorado Aeronautical Board.
"Harold Felderman and Larry Romrell have solid backgrounds to effectively address the aviation needs within Colorado," said Owens. "Harold Felderman's industry experience coupled with a distinguished career in the United States Air Force will be a great addition to the board. And Larry Romrell, a established pilot, is experienced with the state's aviation issues."
Felderman has owned an aviation consulting firm specializing in marketing and program development services to the aviation industry in Greeley, Colorado. Prior to that, Felderman worked for Jeppesen, a subsidiary of Boeing Aircraft, for over twenty years. Currently, he owns Felderman & Associates, which specializes in residential remodeling.
Larry Romrell, directs the corporate flight department at Liberty Media Corporation. He serves as director of Liberty Media and as a director of Liberty Livewire Corporation. Prior to these positions, Romrell worked for TCI, a telecommunications company based in Colorado, for nearly forty years.
The Colorado Aeronautical Board assesses and adopts a plan to address the state's aviation needs and makes recommendations to the Director of the Division of Aeronautics within the Department of Transportation.
The board consists of seven members who will serve three year terms.
