AN ACT

Concerning the continuation of the foreclosure deferment program.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

   SECTION 1.  38-38-808, Colorado Revised Statutes, is amended to read:

   38-38-808.  Repeal. This part 8 is repealed, effective June 30, 2011 2014.

   SECTION 2.  Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, and safety.
