S.B. 94-71 Display of flags - state courtrooms, classrooms, and committee rooms of the general assembly - donations of flags. Mandates the display of the United States flag in state courtrooms, and mandates the display of both the United States and State of Colorado flags in committee hearing rooms of the general assembly. On and after September 1, 1996, mandates the display of the United States flag in academic classrooms of state schools. Establishes requisite measurements of such flags. Prohibits any challenge to a court's authority or jurisdiction on the basis of an alleged failure to display the United States flag. Authorizes the chief administrative officers of school and court facilities to accept donations of flags for display in academic classrooms and courtrooms.
